We are delighted to report that all sites and all departments are fully open and running to our normal opening hours.

SALES GUIDELINES

We want to make the buying of your next car as stress free and safe as possible.

All our showrooms are open and we operate with strict social distancing measures in place.

We request that all our customers who enter our showrooms wear a face mask. If you have medical reason that do not allow you to wear a mask please bring with you your exemption badge)

Our Sales teams will be wearing masks when interacting with you however they will remove them when they are behind the protective shields on their desks but please do not hesitate to ask them to put them back on if you would prefer.

Hand sanitiser is available throughout the showroom and at every desk.

You will also find the NHS Covid 19 Check in QR codes displayed so that you can log your attendance on the NHS app.

We are delighted to offer customers the ability to test drive cars again. We will of course sanitise any car you test drive before and after. Your test drive is unaccompanied so we will ask you to provide your car keys which will be stored in a clear bag to ensure no cross contamination. You will of course be required to bring your driving license.

If you would prefer we would be delighted to come to you - With our new click and collect service – Our new website allows you to buy or reserve your next car on line at a click of a few buttons and you can either just come and pick it up from the showroom or we can bring it to you without you having to visit us.

AFTERSALES (SERVICE & PARTS)

There are no alterations to our service and parts operations and they will continue as normal. You will be able to book a service, repair or MOT as usual.

Loan cars, collection and delivery remain available they are sanitized before and after every use.

If there is anything we can do to help you specifically, please let us know and we will endeavour to accommodate your needs.

Remote Test Drives

Why not let us bring the car to you*. In these COVID times some of our customers find it difficult to visit us, so we can come to you.

Simply call us to arrange a remote test drive (normally your home or office) and we will arrange for a member of our team to bring the vehicle to you, show you around it and give you the car so you can test drive it. Our team will be wearing face masks and will fully sanitise the car prior to your test drive. 

To keep to social distancing guidelines, your test drive will be unaccompanied, so we will need to see a copy of your driving licence and your national insurance number before we bring the car to you. 

Just pick a day, time and location and we will meet you there.

7 Day Return Plan

We understand that buying a new or pre-owned car can be a difficult decision and sometimes you get the vehicle home and find out that you don’t really like it as much, and it’s not quite right for you or your lifestyle – it happens, rarely but it does happen occasionally.

There’s no need to worry when you buy a car online or in person, because all the vehicles we sell come with a no quibble 7 day return policy. If you take delivery of a vehicle and don’t like it, we will take it back and give you your money back.

Dealership Hand Over

When you arrive at our dealership you will already have been given a specific time to collect the vehicle, please be punctual in order to help everyone concerned and to make the hand over as smooth as possible.

Upon arrival we will then check the condition of your vehicle, if you are part exchanging, whilst you are also checking over your new car.

Again we practice social distancing and we will ensure that your new vehicle is sanitised and in perfect condition. Once you are happy to proceed we will hand over the paperwork and keys into your possession. A member of our team will be available at all times to show you what your new car is capable of and run through some of the basic controls, buttons and switches.

Home Delivery

In these difficult times it is not always convenient to visit our showroom and take delivery of your vehicle. That’s why if you let us know in advance we can arrange for Home Delivery of the vehicle and ensure we clean it and fully sanitise it before we hand it to you.

You will need to arrange this first with a member of our team as availability is limited and there are some formalities that will need to be in place before we can deliver to your home (such as cleared funds for instance). There may also be some added delivery charges too for mileage – just ask and we can explain, and then you can decide what is best for you – home delivery or dealership handover.

Buy or Reserve Online

You can now reserve a vehicle or even buy it online via our secure web service which offers full encryption of all your data for extra peace of mind. If you reserve online and the vehicle is not to your liking, or not as you thought it might be, don’t worry we will happily give you a full refund.

You can reserve the vehicle and then arrange to view it later at a time to suit you.
